I've had a lot of SI therapists work on me over the years trying to ease the pain caused by scoliosis and many injuries accumulated during my equestrian years but this feels like next-level work! We have now transitioned into Pilates sessions to strengthen what feels like my "new" body! Doing Pilates with no hip and neck pain makes yoga, meditation, and exercise fun again! The Pilates feels like it's solidifying the new patterns made by the bodywork and I highly recommend doing both forms of therapy back to back. Joachim is a teacher to teachers and his quality of touch and anatomy knowledge reflect this.
