Description
AN INNOVATIVE SERVICE FOR PRECISION 3D AND 2D ABRASIVE WATERJET CUTTING
Since 2013, CUTCUBE SA has been offering a revolutionary service in 5-axis abrasive waterjet cutting for all types of sheet materials with a powerful process.
Combining the latest technology for cost-effective solutions to the demands of 3D machining with recognized know-how, CUTCUBE SA is emerging as your new partner.
Whatever the shape, whatever the material, nothing can resist CUTCUBE SA's innovative 3-dimensional abrasive waterjet cutting process.
.This technology opens up new possibilities in terms of design and creativity. It can be applied to sheet materials up to 150 mm thick, with a cutting angle of up to 60°. There are no shape limits and, above all, no modification of the material's structure.
The cutting process is performed with a maximum power of 6000 bars, in 5 axes, and can be configured according to two complementary technologies :
- Pure water jet is mainly used for soft materials such as rubber, foams, wood, some plastics, textiles, felts, leather, etc.
- The abrasive-loaded waterjet (quartz sand) is used primarily for harder materials such as alloyed and unalloyed steels, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, hastelloy, hard plastics, ceramics, stone, glass, carbon fiber, etc.
The list of materials is not exhaustive.
Programming is done using a comprehensive software package that allows you to draw, design, import, and nest 3-dimensional parts, easily and efficiently.
From precision mechanics to the decorative arts, from classic 2D parts to complex 3D parts, CUTCUBE SA offers versatility that is actually limited only by the imagination, thanks to its unique equipment and know-how.
Our equipment and technical solutions enable us to shape sheet metal in all its forms to measure, according to your requirements and within a short timeframe.
I look forward to meeting you for a personal consultation !
