The Bäckerei Conditorei Catering Bumann is a second-generation family business founded by Wilfreid Bumann. Since 1989 it has been run by his son, Rolf Bumann. He employs 13 qualified and motivated employees who put their heart and soul into their work. The team consists of five bakers, two apprentices, two full-time sales assistants and four part-time sales assistants. The atmosphere is informal and open.
With us you will find daily freshly baked products from our own bakery. Our Friday specialties, the Butterzopf and the Russenzopf, are particularly popular with our customers. Not forgetting the Basler Läckerli, which the senior chef makes himself every two weeks. The majority of our customers work in the neighborhood, and in the evenings or at weekends the local regular customers buy from us, which makes us very happy. Since the very beginning, we have wanted to make our customers happy with quality and honest goods at a fair price-performance ratio
