As only the third butchery in the whole of north-western Switzerland, we were accepted into the Prosper Montagné Académie Suisse des Gastronomes club after a two-year trial and inspection period and were recognized for our meat quality and service. A total of 9 sausage products were tested in three tests, 6 of which were awarded gold and 3 silver.

Our own slaughterhouses and production are the best recipe for meeting the highest meat quality requirements. We would be delighted to impress you with our top meat quality and reliable service and thus contribute to your success.
