Da alcuni anni frequento le lezioni di pilates con piacere e con profitto. I vari esercizi mi aiutano a rinforzare la muscolatura e questo mi aiuta a prevenire il mio mal di schiena. Ma anche tutte la articolazioni vengono tenuti in movimento. La nostra istruttrice riesce a spronarci, sempre tenendo presente i nostri vari “acciacchi” personali. Ecolien è una persona molto gentile, solare e competente. Siamo un simpatico gruppo di donne, che dopo ogni lezione affronta la giornata con rinnovato slancio!

Je souffre de douleurs chroniques depuis 1an et demi et déjà à la première séance je sens une nette amélioration et je pense qu'au bout de quelques séances ces maux appartiendront au passé...... Je recommande ++
