Notre famille de Brisbane , Australie a séjourné à l'hôtel et nous-même avons souvent mangé au restaurant. Malheureusement le Covid nous a coupé sèchement nos habitudes depuis bientôt 2 ans. Osteria con alloggio appena ristrutturata mantenendo tutta la tipicità ed autenticità del posto. La proprietà, lo staff e lo Chef ci hanno accolto e trattato da veri ospiti facendoci vivere un'esperienza unica! I piatti proposti dallo chef sono studiati nei minimi particolari per non parlare della vasta cantina di vini prettamente locali.Qualità molto alta con prezzi molto modesti. lo consiglio vivamente!!!!

A place to unwind ... To be able to welcome our long-time regulars again and again and the joyful surprise of new guests, who discover for the first time the region Gstaad and the HOTEL RESTAURANT HORNFLUH, has been the best reward for generations in our family.

Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.

Das Essen war einfach genial! schönes und sehr gemütliches Ambiente im Bijou. Am Freitag wird die Pizzeria getestet. Wir freuen uns ;-)

Frisch renoviertes Hotel. Gut eingerichtet. Geschmackvolle zusammenstellung vom Modernem und Rustikalem. Zentral gelegen - trotzdem ruhig. Der Chef war ausgesprochen nett - und ein guter Gastgeber! Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Bijou in dieser Stadt👍

Das Essen ist Bodenständig und gut. Preis / Leistung und die Qualität stimmen und sind einen Besuch mit gutem Essen wert. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert. Das Restaurant und der Aussenbereich waren sehr gut besucht, trotzdem erfolgte der Service speditiv, freundlich und aufgestellt. Es folgen sicher noch weitere Besuche, verbunden mit einem feinen Essen.
