I used to live in Maur for decades, but moved to Florida 6 years ago. Today, I returned for the first time and had my beloved “Wurst-Käse-Salat”. Awesome as always! Oltre quello indicato nel menù, hanno consigliato un’insalata con chanterelles saltati in padella che abbiamo ordinato e come secondo un filetto di manzo al pepe con contorno. Il dessert un sorbetto di albicocche con apricotine da sogno. Cena eccellente bagnata da un buon vino della regione.
