Poor and abusive service.

We contracted Mr Oser to maintain our garden this summer while being away and trying to sell our property. We were billed 700CHF for (very) very little work. Mr Oser lives very close to our property. He did not maintain our garden, flowers and bushes. Our paved alleys were full of bad weeds. Only the lawn was mowed a little bit, however we were billed 35CHF for gas for a very little garden (probably an extremely large mower!). Exchanging with Mr Oser, he explained us that we do not know anything about gardening as he is a professional and he likes to keep gardens 'wild'. Prior to contracting his services, Mr Oser never sent us a quote in spite of our several demands. During the work we had to ask several times to receive only a couple of pictures of the work done. We are quite unhappy with his services, and feel like we have simply been abused while away as we could not check and monitor the work being done.
