The store is located just a few minutes walk from Bern train station and also from Waisenhausplatz it is only a short walk to Neuengass Passage 3. The idea behind this store was that more and more people want to give up smoking cigarettes to protect their health. The market of e-cigarettes has increased in recent years, so we had the idea to open the first pure e-cigarette store in Bern. At the same time we offer our customers the possibility to buy online! We look forward to every visit to the store and every click in our online store.

Accueil et service au TOP

Un grand merci pour m'avoir dépannée cette semaine, jeudi soir, alors que le magasin venait de fermer. De passage à Berne, je venais de casser ma e-cigarette. Le vendeur a accepté de me recevoir alors qu'il venait de fermer le magasin et a pris le temps de me trouver une solution avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de patience et d'efficacité. Un très très grand merci encore. Je conseille vraiment cette boutique.

Dampfer

Hallo ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Gerät und zwar stellte es mir zwischendurch einfach ab. Also habe ich das Gerät zum Händler gebracht und er hat mein Problem sehr ernst genommen! Er hatte es zur Beobachtung 1nen Tag bei sich und ich bekam sogar ein ersatzgerät von ihm was ich sehr lobe! Bei ihm funktionierte das Gerät einwandfrei er hatte es sorgsam getestet, coil gewechselt und und....konnte aber nichts finden und ich habe mein Gerät wieder! Fazit ist aber wie ernst man sich um die Probleme der Kunden kümmert. Er sagte mir ich soll auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wenn das wieder passiert und das finde ich nur great. Vielen dank
