EMS TRAINING

What is it?

It is an innovative training system that combines deep electrostimulation with traditional exercises, allowing for a rapid improvement in muscle performance; all in complete safety due to advances in technological processes and scientific knowledge in the field of human physiology.

EMSCULPT

is a treatment performed through electromyostimulation. It uses state-of-the-art technology with a focused high-intensity electromagnetic field (HIFEM).

Thanks to HIFEM technology, EMSculpt is capable of inducing thousands of muscle contractions: there are 20,000 contractions in each 30-minute treatment session.

This technique stimulates the muscles and brings them to extreme working conditions.

It results in a supramaximal contraction that could not be achieved through normal physical activity or weightlifting in the gym.

This innovative treatment causes our body to adapt to these extreme muscle contraction conditions and promotes changes in the internal muscle structure. The result is exceptional in terms of shape and muscle endurance.
