Information défaillante

Information défaillante sur le mode de facturation pour une intervention et ton arrogant et suffisant de la réponse suite à ma réclamation.

Expérience client horrible

Après avoir acheté un chalet équipé 8 ans plutôt par Meier Tobler, je me rends compte que la pompe à châleur ne fonctionne pas correctement. J'appelle donc la société pour obtenir de l'aide car sans les codes constructeurs il est tout à fait impossible de rien régler soit-même sur l'appareil. Celle-ci me vend donc un nouveau thermostat (vendu 280 .- pour l'entrée de gamme ! - attention donc aux prix des pièces), bien entendu il est impossible que celui-ci soit installé sans l'intervention d'un technicien, ce que j'apprends à mes dépens. Je demande donc à être couvert par un contrat d'entretien pour règler ce problème et reprendre la maintenance future. Après l'intervention infructueuse d'un technicien, j'apprends par un coup de téléphone à 7 h du matin du directeur régional, que cette intervention ne sera pas prise en compte par le contrat de maintenance, mais qu'il me faudra bien la payer en sus du-dit contrat. Quatre mois après mon entrée dans mon nouveau logement j'ai déjà à payer
