Our advice hotline is available from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00 to clarify personal, psychosocial and legal issues for people with current challenges in the work context.

It should be emphasized that our burnout coaching and support always takes place in the great outdoors. We offer day, weekend and vacation seminars for a diverse target group, from ambitious athletes and amateur sportspeople to people with other leisure interests. Mental strength and other health aspects are crucial to staying fit and healthy in the working world.
