Schlechter Kundendienst!

Bei meiner 7-jährigen Fors Waschmaschine brauchte ich einen neuen Keilriemen. Ich tel. am Freitag Vormittag bei der Fa. Fors AG und man sagte mir, die Lieferzeit betrage 1-2 Wochen. Das kann wohl nicht wahr sein, dass man wochenlang nicht waschen kann???? Ich habe das Originalteil anderswo am Montag morgen um 9 Uhr erhalten! Das ist 1 Tag, wenn man das Wochenende berücksichtigt............

Kundenservice übel

FORS Studen vereinbart mit Kunden schriftlich Termine und hält diese nicht ein. Gestern Donnerstag, 17. Januar 2019, ca. 13 Uhr, ein Wieder- holungsfall ! Kunde wartet umsonst und muss sich anschliessend am Telefon von Herr Artesi auch noch faule Ausreden anhören !!
