The Ristorante Grand Café Al Porto, located in the historic centre of Lugano, is the privileged meeting place in Lugano to enjoy a good coffee, breakfast sweet or savoury pastry creations - all day long an aperitif, a delicious lunch with business partners or friends, with fresh pasta and tasty Mediterranean dishes (11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.) tasty afternoon dishes until 5 p.m. and to enjoy the unmistakable creations of the Confiserie Al Porto. Founded in 1803 as a meeting place for politicians, writers, artists and notables, it became Lugano's Salotto. The Restaurant & Café is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and delights its guests at any time of day.
