Weil wir im Urlaub waren musste unsere Tochter zu unserem Hund schauen. Leider ergab sich ein medizinisches Problem, dass dazu bewog den Hund in den Notfall zu bringen. Diese Erstversorgung und Betreuung wat einfach super und unsere Tochter war erleichtert und Dankbar. Sogleich wurde ein OP-Termin abgemacht. Leider konnten wir den OP-Termin infolge Pfingstmontag nicht absagen, weil wir nicht daran dachten, dass die Klinik auch dann erreichbar gewesen wäre. Wir wollten mit unserem 15 Jahre alten Hund zuerst zu unserem Tierarzt, weil wir nicht nochmals den Stress vom Autofahren antun wollten. Bei der Absage wurde uns sogleich Unmissverständlich klargemacht, dass wir die OP-kosten anteilsmässig zu tragen haben. Dies finden wir aufgrund der wirklich tollen Leistung die erbracht wurde nicht toll. Schade passt nicht zum Gesamtbild, da wir fast entschieden haben mit allen Tieren in diese Klinik zu gehen.
