Excellentes prestations, très professionnelles et efficaces. Très bon contact, feed-back et anticipation appréciables. Suite à un accident en France, toute la partie avant gauche de ma Tesla Model Y (aile, portière conducteur, jante ainsi que direction) était détruite. En 6 jours, pendant la période des vacances estivales, l’équipe du garage Winiger Frères Sàrl a Grolley a réussi l’exploit de me livrer ma Tesla totalement réparée, chargée et nettoyée. Conducteur de Tesla depuis 2015 (Model S, X et Y), avec près de 250´000 km parcourus, je tiens à relever, expérience faite et en contradiction à beaucoup d’à priori, qu’il est incorrect de prétendre que les réparations chez Tesla sont longues; ils sont à minima équivalents, voir sans doute plus rapides, que pour les véhicules à moteurs thermiques. De plus, les délais de livraison de véhicules neufs sont extrêmement courts, entre 1 et 3 mois max après commande, et qui plus est les coûts énergétiques d’utilisation représentent 20%.
