Il faut dire que la « Vallée » a toujours eu quelque chose de spécial pour moi, mais là, le Restaurant du Lac fut une belle découverte, un point de chute rêvé pour un samedi soir, un très bon accueil et une excellente cuisine, raviolis au Mont-d’Or et brochet un régal… À renouveler un soir d’été avec un coucher de soleil sur le lac de Joux… Complimenti a Roberto Biaggi e alla sua brigata!

Certainement les meilleurs malakoffs en Suisse. Le service est très sympathique. Les portions généreuses. Mieux vaut vraiment réserver car c’est très prisé.

The Auberge de Savièse is a restaurant located in the heart of the picturesque Pâquis district, right next to the Cornavin train station and Lake Geneva. Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the Gruyère region for over half a century. You will find at the Auberge de Savièse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. Ein Restaurant von dem alle Träumen: Gemütliches Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr nett aufmerksam aber nicht künstlich anhänglich. Das Essen ist absolut Spitz und den Preis wert. Die Weine welche im Angebot sind, passen auch zum Essen. Einfach hingehen staunen, geniessen und sich von der hohen Qualität verzaubern lassen!
