A human vision for quality care SBV Médical is a private home care structure first established in Valais Romand since 2016 and since 2020 in the Canton of Vaud, including the Riviera-Chablais, the Lausanne region and the Coast. Our team We have taken care to carefully choose our collaborators according to their value as well as their skills. Our goal being to remain on a human scale, this allows us to place the patient at the heart of care while having satisfied employees. Our model of care SBV Medical has chosen Virginia Henderson's model and the 14 basic needs as a guideline towards its patients. Our objective We are committed to offering personalized follow-up in compliance with the OAMal. Indeed, our main vision is to accompany, advise and care for people in their place of life; whether they are independent, dependent people, suffering from a pathology requiring help or care. We adapt our passages according to the needs which can be daily, weekly, monthly or even annual and this in a space-time adapted to the situation. Our relationships are based on the trust and professional skills of our staff in order to build a stable and safe relationship for our patients and care partners. Of course, our staff is bound by professional secrecy and patient files are computerized in software recognized in Switzerland, Medlink. Our goal is to respect the living environment of the patient and preserve their autonomy. While limiting the number of participants in the situation, in order to guarantee better monitoring. Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux, Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations.The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The wineryUnion Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt. Capacity: 80 people seated and 100 people for cocktails - Access for people with reduced mobility. Our hall is ideal for : Seminars, Training courses, Conferences, Company outings, Committees, Wedding aperitifs, Birthday meals, Souvenir glasses, Tastings and cellar tours... Wine tourism Come and discover our vintages during a tasting session. (minimum 2 people) Group receptions for up to 100 people - please contact us for rates Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday: 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-17:00 By appointment, groups of 6 or more: mclavier@ucv.ch Our wines Our range of wines is composed mainly of Chasselas, the king of Lavaux grapes. Also discover our specialties, our Chenin blanc sec and our Bulles de Lavaux, brut de chenin in traditional method. To complement our whites, reds and rosés complete our range. Pinot Noir, Gamay, Gamaret, Assemblage aged in vats and barrels. Finally, we offer our Swiss Bulles, carbonated alcohol-free grape juice.
