Quando si parla di una famiglia tutti devono sentirsi veramente bene considerando la posizione che si occupa, rispettare il valore di ogni persona per permettere all'anziano, all'ospite, al paziente di non sentirsi giudicato, ma, principalmente rispettato e compreso, vivere nella loro casa provvisoria il meglio della loro vita. Chiedere permesso, chiedere se posso, come sta', come si sente e' di vitale importanza, l'armonia fra tutti gli operatori crea nel posto di lavoro una casa dove bello stare ei frequentare.
