The Central Hotel Wolter is located in the centre of the chalet village of Grindelwald – surrounded by the glorious glacier and Alpine world of the Jungfrau Region. Das Essen war wunderbar und die Bedienung aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein erster Sommertag im Juli. Bei früheren Besuchen lernten wir die feine Käseschnitte kennen. Diese Verlockung veranlasste uns, eine Reise von Winterthur ins Toggenburg zu unternehmen. Leider fanden wir die Käseschnitte nicht auf der Speisekarte, doch der Wirt war sofort bereit, uns eine Käseschnitte zuzubereiten. Herzliche Dank, hier geht der Wirt auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste ein.
