Innerhalb von zwei intensiven Tagen habe ich ein tolles Instrument für den Umgang mit Konflikten erworben, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Susanne Kammermeier arbeitet sehr sorgfältigt, sorgt für ein freundliches Arbeitsklima in der Gruppe und schaut, dass alle Teilnehmende auf ihre Kosten kommen.
