The structure of the Centro Cadro Panoramica is beautifully set in the greenery and enjoys a magnificent view of the city of Lugano, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In this peaceful location, just 5 km from the center of Lugano, we rent around 100 furnished apartments of various sizes and styles. Our complex includes a swimming pool with garden, two indoor tennis courts with two squash courts, six outdoor tennis courts, a mini-golf course and a small children’s playground, all in excellent condition. In addition, there is the “Grottino” restaurant which offers pizza and other culinary specialities. RUSTICS: In typical Ticino style, we have nine houses with apartments and studios of different sizes and furnishings. MAIN BUILDING: In the main building we have 40 studio apartments, most of which have a balcony with spectacular views of Lugano and the lake. RESIDENCE: In the residence we have 20 apartments from 1 ½ to 3 ½ rooms, including parking space in the garage.

Both young and old alike should feel at home with us. In spring 2023, the roof of the Azur holiday house was renovated. The new roof is not only isolated – but a photovoltaic system was installed with over 300 square metres of solar cells, which produces sustainable electricity of nearly 45 kW/p. "Azur" is located in a quiet and in the sunniest part of the village of Saas-Fee. There is a grocery store next to us. In a 5 minutes you are in the center of the village with all its different restaurants and shops. 5 minutes walk from the car park and 8 minutes walk to the cable cars. In the winter you can use the Allalino small train and skibuses for free. The ski bus stop is in front of our house. We have a free heated ski room for your skis and shoes, next to the slopes with shoe dryer. In the summer the cable cars and busses in Saas-Fee / Saas valley are inclusive.
