Mon fils a eu un accident dentaire et fort heureusement a pu être pris en charge directement en arrivant. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant, ce qui m a beaucoup touchée dans un moment de grande inquiétude pour mon enfant. Autant les professionnelles à l accueil/secrétariat que les médecins/dentistes ont été si rassurantes pour lui et moi et ont su lui apporter les meilleurs soins rapidement. Suite à un accident, j'ai été prise en charge par une équipe au top. Qui m'a proposé une anesthésie générale pour mon opération. Le soin et l'attention apporté à mon bien être a été au-delà de mes espérances. Traumatisée du dentiste, on m'a accompagné tout au long de la reconstruction avec douceur et bienveillance. Suite à la pose d'une prothèse, j'ai pu passer régulièrement et rapidement pour des réglages. Je suis vraiment très contente d'avoir choisi cette clinique. Je la recommande. Ich hatte eine komplikationslose und komplett erfolgreiche Behandlung in dieser Praxis. Meine Zahnärztin hat mich überwiesen und kurz darauf nahm die Praxis Kontakt mit mir auf für eine Voruntersuchung und Besprechung. Es wurden spezielle Röntgenbilder gemacht (was meine Zahnärztin schon für notwendig hielt) und anschliessend im Gespräch gemeinsam festgelegt, wie es weiter geht. Der geplante Eingriff war dann erneut in ruhiger und entspannter, sogar fröhlicher Atmosphäre. Und vor allem war er komplikationslos und erfolgreich. Nun ist die Behandlung abgeschlossen und die Rechnung eingetroffen - sogar etwas günstiger als vorher besprochen. Was will ich mehr? Danke!
