Dominique Baldi himself is always present from the genesis to the delivery of the work. He controls from the start, accompanied by his architects, the monitoring of the different stages of the construction site.Today Dominique Baldi Entreprises SA has carried out numerous promotions, including a particularly interesting one in the south of the town of Ecublens VD. It is made up of 26 villas of different typologies, as well as 3 buildings of 9 apartments each, all integrated into a family complex where urban, landscape and human thinking have taken precedence. Currently we are working on three projects intended for property by floor, all located in the Municipality of Ecublens.The important thing for Dominique Baldi is the constant evolution of the care and quality given to the details of the constructions he carries out as well as the assurance that the families for whom he builds are satisfied. He makes sure as much as possible to use natural materials and to work with local companies that he knows well.
