Es stimmt hier alles!

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, responsive und kompetent. Sie nehmen sich die Zeit vor Ort als auch im Laden (Samstags nach Vereinbarung) alles mehrmals vor- und nachzubesprechen sowie die Produkte kennenzulernen. Eine Terminvereinbarung ist unkompliziert und Termine werden eingehalten. Probleme werden lösungsorientiert diskutiert und alternative Ideen und Lösungen unterbreitet. Die Anpassung von Angeboten und Beantwortung von Fragen geschieht schnell und unkompliziert. Es entsteht nie der Eindruck, dass etwas zum Verkauf aufgedrängt wird und nur der Abschluss gesucht wird.
