Natürlich ist ein Betreibungsfirma nicht gerade die Firma, die man gerne kontaktiert, dennoch ist sie es, die manchmal noch vermitteln kann. Wegen einer schweren Krankheit gerieten mein Mann und ich in finanzielle Schwierigkeiten, weswegen wir Erfahrung mit Betreibungen zu tun habe. Dabei lernte, dass es am wirkungsvollsten ist, mit den Betreibungsfirmen Kontakt aufzunehmen, die Lage zu schildern, um Rat zu bitten und eine gemeinsame Strategie festzulegen, um das Problem zu lösen. Genau das tat ich, als EOS eine Forderung übermittelte, ich diese aber für ungerechtfettigt hielt, aber beim Dienstleister selbt nicht weiterkam. EOS hörte zu, zeigte Verständnis, beriet und begleitete mich in dieser Angelegenheit, die nun zur Zufriedenheit aller erledigt ist.
